This week’s post is going to be a short one. I am just going to provide you with an overview of what to expect from me in 2022!
Throughout this year I will be writing about all different aspects of trauma. I plan on starting with providing you some definitions and understanding of what trauma is. Then I will explore more in depth about trauma and its impact on us as people. I’ll continue on with different ways trauma impacts our lives and behaviors.
My hope is to provide some resources and tips on how to manage trauma for yourself and with those you care about. I also wish to provide you with treatment information and options in order to help you make informed decisions when seeking help. My ultimate goal is to help you have a better understanding of trauma and the hope of healing that is possible.
As we move through the year please do not hesitate to share any trauma related topics you would like me to address.
